Vidal is also the founder and owner of The Hoop Factory, and over the last 18 years since its inception, he has trained and worked with almost every Canadian N.B.A. talent. In December of 2020, at the height of the pandemic, Vidal’s leadership took front and center as he kept both athletes and their families engaged and on course by opening the current physical location.

The Hoop Factory is a State-of-the-Art Basketball-Specific Training Center featuring a regulation-sized N.B.A. quality (cushion technology) hardwood floor built for increased performance and safety. The facility features high school, F.I.B.A., and N.B.A. 3-point lines along with 12 N.B.A. regulation hoops, adjustable to 5 ft for players at all levels. Our Sports Tech camera allows instant feedback and in-depth skill analysis for the improved team and individual performance.

Vidal’s role, aside from taking care of player training and team development, is to act as a bridge between our athletes, their families, and college coaches interested in building relationships with them. Vidal uses his playing/coaching experience and personal networks to help build a brand of student-athletes whom University coaches want to recruit. Therefore helping parents and players make informed decisions throughout that process.
